In 2016, as VCA launched its TA programs supporting veterans through healing and transition, I began my own transition from 20 years in the corporate world as a Chartered Accountant and Associate Director at a mid-tier firm to volunteering with PALMs in Timor, helping develop financial systems for local communities.

Through this work, I connected with Gary Stone and witnessed first hand the transformation of veterans participating in TA programs. Nearly a decade later, I’m excited to deepen my involvement with VCA and join the team that makes these programs possible.

Outside of work, I stay active (20,000+ steps a day), spend time with family, and contribute to charitable initiatives. Recently, I’ve also been invited to advocate for vulnerable groups in the tax system and share my expertise in superannuation tax law.

My faith inspires me, guided by Matthew 25:40: “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” I look forward to connecting with VCA members and alumni and learning how I can best serve this community.
